Summer Sounds from the Gazebo: Bellefonte’s Favorite Summer Concert Series

Since 1981, the Summer Sounds from the Gazebo concert series has been a beloved Bellefonte tradition, showcasing talented local performers in the beautiful setting of Talleyrand Park. Each summer, the Bellefonte Historical and Cultural Association (BHCA) brings the community together for evenings of live music, fresh air, and shared enjoyment.

A Perfect Summer Evening in the Park

Concerts take place every Sunday from June through mid-August at 7:00 PM and run for approximately one hour. Musical styles vary from week to week and include folk, pop, rock, jazz, and more, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

Arrive early, settle in, and make an evening of it—picnicking is encouraged! Bring a blanket or lawn chairs, gather your friends and neighbors, and enjoy the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes Bellefonte summers special.

In the event of rain, an indoor concert alternative will be provided.

Summer Sounds proudly highlights the rich musical talent of the region. BHCA welcomes new performers each year and encourages local musicians to get involved. This long-running series continues to be a platform for artists to connect with the community and share their music.
